Shipping Policy

BatteryPrime.us ships to the USA and all international locations. Most orders placed with a credit card online are dispatched within 24 hours, assuming the items are available. Orders received over weekends or on federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Customers will bear all costs for any requested expedited delivery services, such as overnight or second-day shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that cannot be delivered or are refused due to incorrect address information or absence will be credited back to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees incurred.

We deliver to every location within the U.S.A and to international destinations. Be aware that for all international shipments (including those to Canada), any shipping fees paid do not cover customs duties, brokerage fees, or taxes. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility should they arise.

In instances where a product is on backorder and not immediately available for dispatch, we will notify you promptly by email with an estimated availability date. We will ship available items immediately, placing any unavailable items on backorder to be sent as soon as they are in stock. Consequently, it is possible to receive several shipments for a single order.
