Return and Refund Policy
RMA Requirement
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to be accepted. This number can be obtained easily by emailing us at info@batteryprime.us or self serve by login in to your Battery Prime account and requesting a return . Upon approval, we will assign an RMA number and provide instructions for returning your merchandise.
Money-back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. For purchases involving multiple batteries, please test only ONE set before opening others. Returns are limited to unopened products in their original packaging after the first set.
Defective Products
Our 12-month manufacturer's guarantee covers defective products for replacement. Exceptions include products that have been abused, physically damaged, or purchased from another merchant. All returns are inspected upon receipt.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable due to our competitive pricing. For orders that initially qualified for free shipping but are returned, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the return. Orders returned undeliverable or refused due to incorrect address and/or absence are refunded minus applicable shipping charges. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 50% upon review.
RMA Procedure
- Obtaining RMA: Contact us at info@batteryprime.us to receive your RMA number. RMA numbers expire after 10 business days.
- Packaging: Securely pack the return merchandise. Write the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
- Shipping: We recommend using delivery confirmation or tracking numbers. We are not responsible for lost returns. All return shipping must be prepaid.
- Processing: Replacement or exchange items ship within 48 hours of receiving the return. Back-ordered items will be estimated via email. Refunds are issued within 10 business days in the original form of payment.
